A: We offer the Check-Up service, which launches September 2011. It's a monitoring
program to call selected individuals daily or weekly to check on them. If they do not answer then
their emergency contacts are notified and their local police and fire can be notified as well. The cost is an additional $12 a month.

A: Any organization or person that is registering multiple individuals not
related to them with their consent can register as a business such as a school,
church, assisted living community, Meals on Wheels or etc.

A: Right now, your membership will need to be renewed annually at no cost. You will be charged for the
entire year upon renewal of any additional services.

A: No, you will need to access your information through

Q: Will I be notified to renew my membership annually?
A: Yes, we will notify you 30 days prior to your renewal date by phone, text
message, email, or mail.

A: You can cancel your membership by writing the SNAPevTM Program to 1927 Day

If you call to cancel your membership, we will verify your information and call
you back within 48 hours to verify the cancellation before deleting your information
from our system.
